2 ~ testimonial: to be serene.

A friend was having a birthday and I gave her an Energy Calibration session as a gift.

Her issue is that she works so much, in a very active area, and feels very stressed. She manages to do a million things, she does them all because she knows how to do them, but it's continuous stress.

A week later, after a session, I asked her how she was and she told me: "I've been calm. I don't know how to say it, I've been calm."

There's an angel card that is Serenity.
I told her: "You've been serene."
This card talks about how we can be in the middle of a storm of situations, in maximum stress, and we have several ways to face it. One is with Serenity: being in the middle of the storm serene, making timely decisions from that place, not stressed like crazy, going back and forth, lost.

The second week I asked her how the serenity was and she told me: "I'm still the same. I think I'm going crazy because I don't get stressed."
I felt so happy and I felt my tears in my eyes.

We work with subtle energies. It's not that you take a pill and something happens. It's subtle work where you have to pay attention, recognize what you're doing, take care of it, nurture it.

Like when you take an antibiotic: every day at the same time. The same with this Calibration work. You've modified blockages, very entrenched structures. That blockage, that old pain, that anguish, that tiredness that's impacting your life, you've possibly been carrying it for months, years, your whole life.

It would be naive to think that in one session we fix it and you won't have to do anything else.
Firstly, your mind is going to want to return to that because it's what it knows, where it's comfortable, even though it causes suffering.
You have to take care of it. It's a process.

A therapist friend with 20 years of experience told me:
"Out of 10 homework tasks you give in therapy, one person does them."
It's frustrating for those of us on this path, but it's not just the difficulty of generating new habits that influences it, but the attachment we have to our own pain.

the miracle

When the people I accompany tell me these things, sometimes immediate, in the same reading or during the Calibration, it impresses me so much. I don't know if someday it will stop amazing me.
I have many things intact: I get excited seeing a butterfly since I was born. When I was little I ran after all the butterflies. Now they surround me and I never stop being amazed and grateful.

I hope I never get used to something I generate causing this impact. It's very powerful to change someone's life in such a way.
My friend recovered—she didn't recover, because she had never felt it—a serenity, she had never been in such a peaceful way. That's mind-blowing. It's a miracle.

The miracle of being alive...
"Miracle", I repeat this word many, many times a week, I have a meditation on Spotify where I thank my cells, each one of the 33 trillion we have.
Thank you, cells, for composing my organs, for working so hard, for keeping me alive, for being part of this miracle of keeping me alive.

Thanks to whoever has granted me this ability.
This gift is a gift.
Having discovered the capacity to channel such accurate, such precise guides.

I hope I never stop getting emotional, always from gratitude, emotion, and joy.
Closer, more human, less transcendental, although what happens is.

Thank you for reading this far.

See you soon
